An Explanation of the Slate to HubSpot Integration's Bronze, Silver, and Gold Subscriptions

A guide to the three Slate ↔ HubSpot integration subscription level offerings.

The Slate ↔ HubSpot integration offers three monthly subscription options: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The level your institution requires will depend on your desired syncing frequency, number of fields being mapped, and contact volume.

Definitions
Sync Frequency: How often the data can be synced to and from HubSpot ↔ Slate.

Field Mappings Limit: The number of data fields (First Name, Email, Program of Interest, etc.) that can be ported over within the integration.

Contact Syncs Limit: The number of contact records that can be updated within the billing cycle. Note that a contact that has multiple field mappings being updated in one sync job will only count as one sync.

The Bronze Package

Cost: $149/mo
Sync Frequency: Weekly
Field Mappings Limit: 15
Contact Syncs Limit: 1,000 syncs/mo

The Bronze package is ideal for institutions that have a small list (<1,000 records) of HubSpot and/or Slate contacts that need to be ported from one to the other and who only need to have 15 or less data fields (such as first name, last name, email, program of interest, etc.) included.

The Silver Package

Cost: $499/mo
Sync Frequency: Daily or Weekly
Field Mappings Limit: 75
Contact Syncs Limit: 25,000 syncs/mo

The Silver package is ideal for institutions that have a medium-sized base of HubSpot and/or Slate contacts that need to be ported from one to the other.

The Gold Package

Cost: $749/mo
Sync Frequency: Daily, Weekly, or Hourly
Field Mappings Limit: 150
Contact Syncs Limit: 100,000 syncs/mo

The Gold package is ideal for institutions that have a medium-to-large sized base of HubSpot and/or Slate contacts that need to be ported from one to the other.
